Minecraft Education Edition is a specially designed version of the popular game Minecraft, tailored for educational purposes.
The platform transforms the open-ended, creative aspects of Minecraft into a structured educational environment, making learning engaging and fun while promoting critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. Minecraft Education is purchsed separately from Minecraft.

Meet Vincent, the dedicated leader of MiNDcraft Club! With a solid background as an I.T. professional and a lifelong gamer, Vincent brings a wealth of technical expertise and a deep commitment to nurturing the future leaders of tomorrow. Father of two boys, aged 9 and 11, he understands firsthand the value of combining play and education.
As a certified Minecraft Education Ambassador, Vincent is passionate about transforming Minecraft into an engaging and educational experience for kids.
He envisions showcasing the educational power of Minecraft, inspiring widespread use of Minecraft Education throughout Aotearoa, and bringing Minecraft E-sports across New Zealand!

The Minecraft Club is tailored for Minecraft players aged 8 to 15
Members meetup on Thursday 4.30-6.00PM. Members log in to Zoom to participate in voice chat, live events, and to connect with new friends on a secure, adult moderated, kid-only enviroment
Minecraft Education can be installed in Windows, Chromebook, Mac, iPhone/iPad.
If you are using a school laptop your school security settings may block you from downloading and installing Minecraft Education.
